AP Esthetician + Lash Artist

Swoon is a growing beauty studio specializing in lashes, advanced skincare, and brows. We are looking for a licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician who is also experienced in lash extensions to join our team.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients feel confident, loves working in a team environment, and is excited to continue growing their skills.

Swoon is a modern beauty studio offering services including:

• Lash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume)
• Lash lifts and brow laminations
• Custom facials and advanced skincare treatments
• Dermaplaning and skin treatments(HydraFacials, ProCell MicroChanneling, etc.)
• Waxing and brow services

We focus on high-quality services, strong client relationships, and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced facial treatments and skincare services
• Provide lash extension services (classic, hybrid, and volume preferred)
• Lash lifts and brow laminations
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Provide excellent client care and consultation
• Educate clients on skincare and aftercare
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Assist with light retail and product recommendations

Requirements

• Minnesota Advanced Practice Esthetician License (required)
• Lash extension certification and experience preferred
• Strong client service skills
• Passion for skincare and beauty
• Ability to work evenings and some Saturdays
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview and is based on experience and services offered.
