Ap Installation engineer

We are currently looking for an Onsite IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician to handle casual freelance assignments within your area.

This is a contract-based opportunity, where tasks will be assigned based on your location and availability (weekdays or weekends). Compensation will be provided on an hourly, daily, or half-day basis, depending on the nature of the task.

The role will involve L1 and L2 IT/network support, including:

Desktop support

Hardware installation and replacement (e.g., hard disk drives, server/rack components)

Providing onsite assistance for remote teams (console access for routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)

Required Skill Set:

Strong experience in desktop administration, customer service, and incident/change/release management

Hands-on support for Windows-based platforms and third-party applications

Knowledge of Windows Server Administration and IT infrastructure best practices (ITIL preferred)

Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, subnetting, and troubleshooting LAN/Wi-Fi/Ethernet issues

Experience working with multiple operating systems, including Windows, iOS, Android, and BlackBerry

Good troubleshooting skills with a hands-on technical approach
