What You'll Do

As AP Regional Consulting L&D Manager/ Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering BCG’s learning strategy in AP and playing a business partner role for selected cohorts/ strategic initiatives.

You will ensure seamless run-the-business (RTB) execution of selected core journeys, escalate areas of improvement or new skills gaps/ learning needs to global Learning journey owners, maintain proximity to the business and act as a business partner to regional & system stakeholders to ensure relevance and impact in the AP region.

By networking with other regional and global counterparts, you will lead or actively participate in journey improvement projects, such as updating learning modules, enhancing journey linkages, measuring impact, and integrating topics across journeys.

At the journey level, you will also contribute to strategic vendor relationship management, new facilitator onboarding / upskilling and feedback in the AP region.

The role also works closely with the AP Consulting L&D Senior Director as well as the local L&D teams across AP, to shape and execute on AP L&D strategic priority projects, to address the business/ people needs specific to AP region, and share updates and impact regularly with AP L&D leadership team and relevant project sponsors.


What You'll Bring

  • 8–10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in learning & development, talent development, or a related field in a complex or global organization.
  • Proven ability to work across geographies and cultures, with experience navigating matrixed environments and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Very strong influencing, networking and relationship building skills
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables with a high level of autonomy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages and adapt content to different audiences.
  • Demonstrated comfort working with data to inform decision-making and improve program effectiveness.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and collaborating effectively across diverse teams to drive alignment and shared outcomes.
  • A university degree, advanced education or certification in learning, organizational development, or a related field is a plus.
