What You'll Do

As our AP/AR Specialist, you'll be the engine that keeps our financial operations running like clockwork. Your day-to-day will include:

Accounts Payable:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Manage payment schedules and ensure timely payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized vendor files and documentation
• Support month-end close activities
• Build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams

Accounts Receivable:

• Generate and send customer invoices (primarily franchise-related)
• Track payment collections and follow up on outstanding balances
• Process and post customer payments
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues
• Maintain accurate AR records and aging reports

Who You Are

You're a numbers person with a knack for organization and an eye for detail. You work smart, stay ahead of deadlines, and take pride in accuracy.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of AP/AR experience (restaurant or multi-unit retail experience is a big plus!)
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong Excel skills - you can navigate spreadsheets with confidence
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills - you can professionally handle vendor and franchisee inquiries
• Self-starter mentality - you don't need constant oversight to stay on track
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
