Apartment Cleaner

Description:

Tarantino Properties is currently seeking for Apartment Cleaner / Housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of resident’s apartments and common areas of our Apartments Communities in San Antonio, TX.

Essential Functions:

• Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes (make-ready units)
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas (clubhouse, hallways, laundry rooms, etc.)
• Assist with light groundskeeping as needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Help create a positive first impression for new residents
  

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred (but not required!)
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Ability to work on your feet and stay active throughout the day
