Apartment Custodial Technician

K&D is seeking dedicated and skilled technicians to join our team!

The ideal candidate for our Custodial Technician or "Housekeeping" role will possess skills and experience within relative fields, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with others to achieve a common goal.

Daily responsibilities may include some of the following: preparation & full cleaning of unoccupied suites, common areas, stairwells or shared community space.

Our Custodial Technicians are responsible for the essential cleanliness, detail and appearance of their property. Employees must have a desire to work in a team environment alongside the Maintenance Director, and other Technicians to achieve satisfactory customer service experience with K&D.

Any Candidates who do not possess industry relevant or specific skills will be able to train alongside designated support management for continued development of their talents in the workplace.

Functions & Responsibilities:

• Provide Daily support to property with Custodial Duties as assigned
• Promote Positivity with Attitude & Team Player Mentality
• Complete assigned Unit-Preparations for Move-In Suites
• Assist Co-Workers with Grounds as needed
• Daily Responsibility to assigned Commons Area, Lobbies or Hallways and Stairwells
• Various Mopping, Dusting, Vacuuming & Other Cleaning Tasks

Skills:

• Residential or Commercial Cleaning
• Inventory Management
• Understanding of Chemical Products for Use
• Safety Certifications

Schedule:

• Full Time - 40 Hours per Week
• Bi-Weekly Schedule, 80 Hours Expected per Payroll Period
• Typical Hours - 8:30AM-5:00PM, 30 Minute Break
• Weekend Coverage, on rotation, as needed 4 hours Saturday & 4 hours Sunday or 8 hours one single weekend day
• Compensation Day for Weekend Coverage Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday - determined based off of schedule at site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
