Overview

At Hines Park Apartments, we’re searching for a detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to coordinate leasing efforts and maintain positive tenant relations.The ideal candidate excels in customer service, conflict resolution, and property management, ensuring a seamless leasing process while maintaining high tenant satisfaction and compliance with Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market available units, conduct property tours, and process applications.
• Respond to tenant inquiries, address concerns, and manage lease renewals.
• Assist with move-ins to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
• Conduct unit inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Foster strong tenant relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Utilize Yardi (or similar software) for leasing tasks, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the property management team to maximize occupancy and minimize turnover.
• Track and oversee maintenance requests using CMMS to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management (preferred).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations (a plus).
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish (a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Yardi software (a plus).
