Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

We are a growing, national property management group seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a medium sized community in Auburn, AL. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you must be extremely organized and detail-oriented. You should have knowledge of equipment types and parts and general computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Must have at least 5 years of hands-on HVAC service.
• Maintain, and repair all building facilities, machinery and equipment.
• Complete service tickets including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, appliances, cooling and heating systems, and other routine requests.
• Assist property manager with maintaining building materials and supplies.
• Coordinating and communicating with contractors, vendors, and residents.
• Schedule and conduct routine preventative maintenance.
• Oversee turnover and renovation work.
• Ensure all work is done according to safety procedures, regulations and building standards.
• Must comply with all Fair Housing guidelines

The ideal candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, twist and lift up to 25lbs. This position may require outdoor exposure for long periods of time. This position requires a rotating on-call schedule. Must be HVAC & EPA certified.
