We're currently looking for a Property Manager to oversee 180 apartments and the daily operations for at one of our residential communities.

Job Summary

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations. You’ll lead an on-site team and work to ensure high occupancy, resident satisfaction, and efficient property performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family residential property
• Supervise and support leasing and maintenance staff
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and local regulations
• Handle leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident communications
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and meet financial goals
• Coordinate maintenance and property improvement projects
• Maintain accurate records using property management software
• Foster a positive and respectful living environment for residents

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management (required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws
• Experience with property management software – Yardi and RentCafe preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree or relevant certification (preferred)

Pay: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
