We are currently seeking a Service Manager to lead the maintenance operations at one of our residential properties. If you&rsquo;re a hands-on professional with strong technical skills and a passion for quality service, we want to hear from you. This position is on the west-side of Indy with 130 units.Position OverviewThe Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance, including managing daily work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turns, and vendor coordination.
