API+SQL Testing-Mortgage/Loan Domain

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced API Test Analyst with strong skills in API testing and SQL, preferably with domain expertise in mortgage or loan processing. The candidate will be responsible for validating APIs, data flows, and business logic across lending platforms.

• API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI
• Strong SQL skills for backend data validation
• Understanding of mortgage or loan lifecycle (origination, underwriting, servicing, etc.)
• Test case design and execution
• Defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with JSON, XML, and web services

Your Profile

• Automation scripting (e.g., Python, Java – optional)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS)
