Job Description:
We are seeking a junior to mid-level Associate Product Owner / Business Analyst with experience in Healthcare IT or Hospital Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

• Vision Translation: Translate the client’s product vision and strategy into actionable tasks that align with market and business objectives.

• Design Architecture: Serve as the product chief design architect and take ownership of the Functional Specification Document.

• Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs and business goals, ensuring it reflects current priorities. •

Requirements Gathering: Gather and understand client requirements to create detailed user stories that drive the development process.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure features are delivered as expected and meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, hospital IT departments, or healthcare software

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and product development processes.
