App Growth Manager

Responsibilities

Growth Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive app growth strategies, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth across diverse global markets.

User Acquisition:

• Plan and manage paid acquisition campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize ROI and minimize CAC.

Retention & Engagement:

• Design and implement user engagement and retention strategies through personalized push notifications, in-app messaging, email marketing, and gamification.
• Collaborate with the product team to enhance app features that drive user stickiness.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Analyze user data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DAUs, MAUs, LTV, and churn rates.

ASO (App Store Optimization):

• Optimize app store listings to improve visibility and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and manage app store assets for global audiences.

Partnerships & Collaborations:

• Identify and build partnerships with influencers, fitness communities, and brands to drive organic growth.
• Explore co-marketing opportunities with global fitness and wellness organizations.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing, product, and tech teams to align growth initiatives with app development and feature launches.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior growth team members.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in app growth, preferably for global-scale apps in the fitness, health, or wellness industry.
• Proven track record of scaling apps across multiple countries and regions.
• Expertise in paid media, ASO, and user engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, or Mixpanel.
• Knowledge of the fitness or health tech space is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
