Apparel Sourcing Merchandiser

We are looking for Apparel Sourcing Merchandisers for our Dubai Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers/vendors for raw materials, trims, and finished garments.
• Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms to meet company cost and quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply chains.
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure timely sample development and approvals.
• Monitor and track production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with trends, fabric innovations, and sourcing destinations.
• Ensure all sourcing activities comply with ethical and sustainability standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing or merchandising in the apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of garment production, fabric types, and global sourcing markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising software/tools.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
