Job Summary & Purpose:


Responsible for repairs of iPhones, Macbook , iMac, Watch and other Apple accessories


Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:

1 Responsible for repairing In Warranty and Out Warranty Laptops.

2 Should achieve the daily productivity targets

3 Should deliver as per KPI of Apple requirement

4 Should handle customers who walk into the service centers with technical queries.

5 Update brand systems daily.

6 Maintain NPS of service center with good quality work and customer interaction.


Qualitative Requirements:

Experience (Yrs& Field) 3-4 years’ experience managing repairs of all Apple products

Educational Qualification Diploma/ ITI in Electronics

Professional Certifications ACIT and ACMT certifications from Apple


Skills & Abilities :

- Customer focus: Keeps the customer all the time while making decisions.

- Desire to learn: Seeks to acquire new knowledge to improve and develop
