Applicant Attorneys Workers Compensation Firm is looking to hire Immediately a Legal Assistant for our intake department. 1 year of workers' compensation would be helpful but not necessary as we can train for the position. Must have great customer service and be able to multi task. Spanish speaking is a plus.

Qualifications
- Legal administrative experience with a focus on workers compensation cases
- Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents related to workers compensation law and having the ability to properly format documents.
- Ability to assist with client communication in Spanish by obtaining and relaying information.
- Familiarity with Merus Case for document management and organization would be helpful, but not needed as we can train you with this database program we utilize.
- Paralegal experience and understanding of legal procedures in workers compensation cases.
- Strong organizational skills for managing tasks, data entry, and filing related to workers compensation cases.
- Previous clerical and administrative experience, including phone etiquette and handling confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
