Job Title: Business Application Analyst – SuccessFactors

Role Overview

The Application Analyst – SuccessFactors will be responsible for managing, supporting, and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors modules across the organization. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, and Performance Management , along with sound knowledge of Employee Central (EC) business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, and Performance Management .
• Manage and optimize Employee Central business processes including employee hiring, position management, and master data governance.
• Support and provide enhancements in Compensation, Succession & Development Planning, and Learning Management System (LMS) modules.
• Work with SuccessFactors Analytics/Reporting tools to design and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and insights for business decision-making.
• Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP CPI, HANA Cloud Integration, and SAP Payroll (preferred experience).
• Coordinate and manage system upgrades, release management, testing, and change management activities.
• Ensure adherence to data security, compliance, and audit standards .

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Application, Certified SAP SuccessFactors , or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in SuccessFactors Implementation & Management , with strong expertise in Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, and Performance Management .
• In-depth knowledge of Employee Central including employee hiring and position management processes .
• Exposure to Compensation, Succession Planning, Development Planning, and LMS modules is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Analytics/Reporting, SAP CPI, HANA Cloud Integration, and SAP Payroll is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, or Performance & Goals.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
