Role Overview
The
Application Analyst – SuccessFactors
will be responsible for managing, supporting, and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors modules across the organization. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in
Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, and Performance Management
, along with sound knowledge of
Employee Central (EC)
business processes.
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead the
end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support
of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on
Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, and Performance Management
.

Manage and optimize
Employee Central business processes
including employee hiring, position management, and master data governance.
-
Support and provide enhancements in
Compensation, Succession & Development Planning, and Learning Management System (LMS)
modules.

Work with
SuccessFactors Analytics/Reporting tools
to design and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and insights for business decision-making.

Integrate SuccessFactors with
SAP CPI, HANA Cloud Integration, and SAP Payroll
(preferred experience).

Coordinate and manage system upgrades, release management, testing, and change management activities.

Ensure adherence to
data security, compliance, and audit standards
.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree
in Information Systems, Business Application, Certified SAP SuccessFactors , or a related field.

4–5 years of proven experience
in
SuccessFactors Implementation & Management
, with strong expertise in
Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, and Performance Management
.

In-depth knowledge of
Employee Central
including
employee hiring and position management processes
.

Exposure to
Compensation, Succession Planning, Development Planning, and LMS
modules is highly desirable.

Hands-on experience with
SuccessFactors Analytics/Reporting, SAP CPI, HANA Cloud Integration, and SAP Payroll
is a plus.
Preferred Skills
-
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, or Performance & Goals.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
