Position Overview
Intrado is seeking a skilled Application Data Analyst to join our Data Governance and Insights team, focusing on data governance and integration within our enterprise ecosystem, which includes platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, and ServiceNow. Reporting to the Director, Data Governance this role will collaborate with business data owners across Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and Product to support data governance initiatives while implementing and maintaining data processes and controls. The Application Data Analyst will ensure data quality, security, and compliance across interconnected systems, enabling seamless data flow between master and transactional data sources. This position requires someone with strong problem-solving skills, a passion for data management, and the ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business data owners to implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures for master and transactional data within our architecture

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow between Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, ServiceNow, and other integrated systems

Support data quality initiatives by monitoring, auditing, and remediating data issues across applications, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks

Assist in data lineage mapping and metadata management to maintain transparency and traceability within the our ecosystem

Implement data controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX) and internal standards

Leverage data integration tools and technologies to enhance data accessibility and usability for business stakeholders

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying data process gaps, recommending solutions, and supporting governance maturity through KPIs and metrics

Build and support data integrations from customer facing platforms designed to meter data usage and provide necessary data to downstream systems for invoicing and reporting
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field

Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

Two+ years of Azure Cloud experience required

Three+ years of experience in Databricks required

Two+ years of experience of developing Azure Data Factory pipelines required

Three+ years of experience in Python, SQL, or JavaScript required

Proficiency with Tableau is preferred

Proficiency in Apache Spark is preferred

Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX)

The starting salary is anticipated between $65,000 and $95,000 to start and will be commensurate with experience.
