Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, creating application designs, and ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives. You will also engage in discussions with team members to refine designs and address any challenges that arise during the development process, ensuring that the applications are user-friendly and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. - Design and develop high-performance, scalable applications using Spring Boot. - Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. - Ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Proficiency in latest versions of Java 8+ (17,21 etc..) Deep understanding and experience in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security. - Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines Unit testing with JUnit, Mockito. - Agile/Scrum development methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Full Stack Development, Spring MVC (Model View Controller). - Strong understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
