Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will engage in discussions to refine designs and contribute to the overall application development lifecycle, ensuring that the solutions are both effective and user-friendly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application design. - Develop and document application specifications and design documents. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM TRIRIGA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with application lifecycle management tools. - Strong understanding of business process modeling. - Experience in user interface design and usability testing. - Familiarity with integration techniques for enterprise applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM TRIRIGA. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
