Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the applications function as intended, while continuously seeking ways to enhance application functionality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design & Build: Develop scalable, high-quality cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter/Dart. - Integrations: Connect apps with APIs, backend systems, and third-party services. - Quality & Performance: Ensure smooth UI/UX, optimize performance, and maintain testing standards. - Release & Deployment: Manage app store releases and CI/CD pipelines. - Collaboration: Work closely with designers, BAs, and stakeholders to align solutions with business needs. - Leadership: Mentor juniors, enforce best practices, and guide mobile standards. - Innovation: Stay updated with Flutter trends, explore new tools, and drive continuous improvement. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application specifications and user guides. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights. Professional & Technical Skills: - Leadership in Delivery: Takes ownership of end-to-end mobile solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. - Collaboration & Teamwork: Works effectively with designers, backend engineers, testers, and stakeholders in a cross-functional setup. - Clear Communication: Explains technical details in simple terms for business stakeholders while providing deep technical insights to peers. - Mentorship & Guidance: Coaches junior developers, reviews code, and fosters a culture of clean coding and best practices. - Adaptability: Quickly learns and applies new Flutter features, tools, and emerging mobile technologies. - Client & Business Orientation: Aligns mobile solutions with business goals, ensuring apps deliver real user and client value. - Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical, proactive, and resourceful in troubleshooting issues and optimizing app performance. - Innovation Focus: Continuously explores modern Flutter patterns, plugins, and industry best practices to improve outcomes. - Professional Integrity: Upholds Accenture’s core values—responsibility, inclusivity, quality, and trust. - Flutter & Dart: Strong hands-on experience in developing cross-platform apps using Flutter SDK and Dart language. - UI/UX Implementation: Building pixel-perfect, responsive, and adaptive UIs across iOS and Android. - State Management: Expertise with popular approaches like Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, Redux, GetX. - API Integration: Consuming RESTful/GraphQL APIs, authentication, and handling offline data & caching. - Mobile Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) basics for native integrations. - Testing: Writing and maintaining unit, widget, and integration tests for high-quality apps. - CI/CD & Deployment: Experience in setting up pipelines (Bitrise, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Codemagic) and publishing apps to Google Play Store & Apple App Store. - Version Control: Strong Git experience (branching, PRs, code reviews). - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Flutter Software Development Kit (SDK). - Strong understanding of mobile application development principles. - Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of UI/UX design principles to enhance user experience. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Flutter Software Development Kit (SDK). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
