Application Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Appian Developer to join our team

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business process management (BPM) solutions using the Appian platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop BPM applications using Appian.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain Appian interfaces, process models, rules, and integrations.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.
• Document technical specifications and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Appian development.
• Strong understanding of Appian architecture and components.
• Experience with Appian SAIL, process modeling, and integrations (Web APIs, REST, etc.).
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Appian certification is a plus.
