Application Development & Support Analyst

Brief Job Description:

Works with internal resources and collaborates with other functional teams to implement new products in C1, this includes product logic, attributes & inputs needed to create accurate configurations, quotes and all relevant information related to the product, perform constant maintenance on the product, including cost & price data provided by the Global Offering manager. This position requires strong collaboration across the Busbar LOB, including Americas, EMEA and APAC regions, where the busbar product lines need C1 implementation. This will require an understanding of the local product requirements, offering and attributes (cost, price, currency, etc.)

  • The Business Analyst will work with internal resources and collaborates with other functional teams to implement new products in C1, this includes product logic, attributes & inputs needed to create accurate configurations, quotes and all relevant information related to the product, perform constant maintenance on the product, including cost & price data provided by the Global Offering manager.
  • This position requires strong collaboration across the Busbar LOB, including Americas, EMEA and APAC regions, where the busbar product lines need C1 implementation. This will require an understanding of the local product requirements, offering and attributes (cost, price, currency, etc.)
  • Updates & reporting on requisitions and ongoing status of recruitments, for the purpose of having accurate information to be used in various analyses across the business.
  • Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. Assists in the development of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Conducts New Employee orientations.
  • Maintains and updates HR documents including job descriptions and organizational charts.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvement in efficiency of the department and customer satisfaction.
  • Participates in various Division-level HR projects.
  • Maintains compliance with legal regulations.
  • Implement new product lines into C1 according to offering manager/engineer specifications.
  • Maintain all the information up to date for all configurations, including and not limited to cost & Price data.
  • Create all the necessary outputs related to the product, including quotes, tech submittals, BOM, Drawings.
  • Provide user training and troubleshooting support to C1 users.
  • Coordinate and support Go Live events for new products in C1.
  • Product Maintenance in C1 that may include new versions, improvements, or data updates.
  • Write operational documentation as well as research, design, write, and test plans.

Qualifications

Required/ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • 5+ Years of experience maintaining ERP Systems
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, ERP, CPQ, and CRM systems. C1 Preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Access, Excel, Outlook, Word
