Assertive Engagement: Interface directly with customers to extract technical requirements and provide expert guidance.
Team Synergy: Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers to develop high-impact, competitive proposals.
Master the Tech: Own your growth by mastering Delta Controls, BACnet, and complex system optimization.
High-Level Mentorship: Collaborate with industry veterans to tackle increasingly complex projects as we scale.
We are looking for individuals who don't just "do the job" but strive to lead it.
The Profile: Decisive, enthusiastic, and competitive. You love solving puzzles and winning.
The Mindset: Self-assured and innovative. You are open-minded to new technologies and eager for the challenges of a growing company.
The Standard: Detailed, dutiful, and adaptable. You are driven to achieve top-tier results while remaining loyal to the success of your team.
The Foundation: Big-picture oriented with a relentless attention to detail.
Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
Experience: 2+ years in HVAC, controls, or BAS design.
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of DDC, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply.
Preferred Extras: LEED GA/AP, Certified Energy Manager (CEM), PE License, or ASHRAE Membership.
Growth Potential: Competitive salary with a clear path for advancement in a rapidly expanding firm.
Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
Security: Employer-paid Life Insurance and 401(k) with company match.
Work-Life Balance: 3 weeks PTO annually to recharge.
Flexibility: Healthcare & Dependent Care FSA.
We invest in people who are ready to drive change. We reward energy, precision, and loyalty. If you are looking for an environment where you can assert your skills, tackle complex challenges, and grow alongside industry leaders, your future starts here.
Apply now and bring your energy and drive to the Setpoint team!
