Application Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Application Engineer with a strong background in systems and applications. This role will lead and support system implementations and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will manage the full project lifecycle, maintain system integrity, and deliver innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project implementation, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, operations, and project management.
• Manage system integrations across multiple platforms to ensure smooth data flow and optimized performance.
• Provide daily operational support for end users and resolve system-related issues promptly.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring timely and quality delivery aligned with business needs.
• Enforce data integrity and security protocols while minimizing business disruption.
• Assess and recommend new systems or modules to support business growth and innovation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Proactively resolve project conflicts and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Define and monitor project progress metrics, applying adjustments to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish service levels and requirements.
• Deliver end-user training and create comprehensive training materials to support adoption.
• Continuously enhance system processes and user experience through feedback and analytics.
• Oversee end-to-end system/application implementation and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system implementation and support.
• Proven expertise in system integration across diverse platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in user training and support.
• Solid understanding of data security, compliance, and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
• Experience in business process analysis and optimization.
