Review of Process Datasheets, Operating conditions and other Technical specifications & review of required testings from Customers.
Responsible for Hydraulics & process calculations like pressure drop calculations, Equipments optimised design to suit the Customer requirements & vessels/columns.
Co-ordinate with Customer for resolution of technical queries, technical presentations etc.
Co-ordinate with Technical consultant for process calculations and review with respect to Customer requirements.
Preparations of required hydraulic calculations, handovers to respective stakeholders, resolution of technical queries of Customer or internal stakeholders.
Attend equipments testing if applicable and resolve the testing issues.
Making schedules for process deliverables and keeping track of the same.
Responsible for preparing a technical proposal & technical documentation.
Tender review & submission as per Customer's time line.
Ensure NIL technical rejections.
Make, review & approve standardization/Automations etc. required for smart working within department.
Maintain & Update Customer database & arrange to get Customer feedback.
