Responsibilities

Application engineer’s primary responsibility shall include but not limited to the following:

(Supporting Company Personnel including artificial lift engineers and production technologists.

Setting design data and proposals as well as aligning with application engineering lead and relevant Company Personnel on final design.

Optimizing operations within recommended Operating Envelope.

Monitoring ESP activities planning.

Planning, following up, coordinating, managing and monitoring the performance/provision of ESP Work, ESP Systems and ESP Equipment.

Making sure that programs are in place before jobs execution, reviewing and evaluating post jobs in addition to reviewing and analysing downhole data/monitoring reports to timely define potential implications/issues; then, set solutions and corrective/mitigation actions.

Providing technical support in addition to ensuring the successful of design.
Required Skills and Qualif

cations:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering science or equivalent engineering technology qualification (preferring petroleum, electrical or mechanical engineering) as well as ESP equipment and ESP work relevant training.

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in ESP equipment application engineering in addition to ESP designing, DIFA and analyses as well as well interventions, workover and well/reservoir management.
