Job Summary for Application Engineer (Vacancy: 2) (Salary: AED 4,000)

We are seeking a motivated, technically skilled and with a background in pumps and fluid systems. This role involves both technical support and sales functions, working closely with clients to recommend suitable pump solutions, prepare proposals, and support the sales team throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and provide technically sound pump selection and system recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.
  • Support with pre- and post-sales technical expertise.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for additional product offerings.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, internal teams, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
  • Attend client meetings, trade shows, and technical seminars as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Experience in application engineering or technical sales, preferably in the pump industry.
  • Knowledgeable on centrifugal pumps, booster sets, and related fluid handling systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in preparing technical documentation and sales quotations.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use pump selection software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with pump manufacturers or distributors.
  • Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing water systems.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design tools.

Job Summary for Administrative Assistant / Secretary (Vacancy: 1) (Salary: AED 3000)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented to join our team. This individual will play a key role in keeping our office organized and efficient by handling administrative duties and supporting staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Prepare Quotation for Workshop Manager and General Manager (They will tell you what to write you just need to type it)
  • Prepare and edit documents and reports
  • Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Support other staff as needed with various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or relevant role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
