Application Engineer- API Pumps

Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable Application Engineer to provide technical support and solutions for API 610 pumps used in the oil & gas sector. The idealcandidate will have strong expertise in pump systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with clients and sales teams to ensure optimal product application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance on the selection, application, and installation of API pumps.
• Collaborate with clients, EPC contractors, and internal teams to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, datasheets, and proposals.
• Assist the sales team in responding to technical queries, RFQs, and tenders.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and site visits as required.
• Analyze pump performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
• Keep updated with industry standards, API specifications, and competitor products.
• Support project teams during design, commissioning, and start-up phases.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in API pumps, preferably in the oil & gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of pump systems, hydraulics, and API standards.
• Experience in providing technical support for sales and project teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in project teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
