Application Engineer (Display and Electronics Product Portfolio)

This role is responsible for application development, product specification, and technical support for a display and electronics product portfolio. The position works closely with global R&D, product development, sales, and marketing teams to enable successful design-ins, new product launches, and customer adoption across consumer and industrial electronics markets.

The engineer will translate customer requirements into validated technical solutions, conduct application testing and field evaluations, provide technical training, and support direct sales and OEM/Tier-1 engagements. The role also contributes to competitive intelligence, new product ideas, IP inputs, lab infrastructure development, and creation of technical collateral and documentation.

Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience in applications engineering, R&D, or product development within the electronics domain, strong hands-on exposure to interconnect systems, connectors, cable assemblies, EMI/EMC, and system-level integration, and experience working in customer-facing technical roles. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, along with the ability to work independently and travel domestically as needed.
