In this position, you will support Application Engineering activities by developing and standardizing laboratory test methods, managing test data and reports, and ensuring high-quality, compliant testing processes. You will work closely with internal teams and customers, applying a consultative approach to technical requests, customer incidents, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Standardize and develop new test methods using a broad range of analytical techniques, including both destructive and non-destructive testing

Leverage customer feedback to drive continuous optimization in customer service and laboratory testing processes
Track, manage, and document test reports within the LIM system using Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN) -
Perform peer reviews of ELN test data and LIM system entries to ensure data accuracy and quality

Participate in test standard validations and support training activities for internal stakeholders (e.g. laboratory personnel, marketing, sales)

Prepare and deliver internal presentations related to testing methods, standards, and results

Apply consultative skills when interacting with customers to build trust and transparency while managing technical incidents

Participate in customer meetings and presentations, providing consultation on best practices relevant to the application field

Communicate and collaborate closely with Application Engineering field roles, Key Account Managers (KAMs), project teams, and customers

Lead and coordinate internal and external technical requests and application-related projects

Ensure laboratory and application equipment are properly calibrated and safety-checked in compliance with local regulations

Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities and ensure the completion of Corrective Action Plans related to customer complaints and overall product performance
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering

Up to 1 year of related experience, preferably laboratory experience

Ability to work independently, communicate with laboratory members, and maintain organized records/reports

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management

Solution oriented and ability to work as a team
