We’re looking for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys solving operational puzzles, and can keep multiple teams aligned without slowing them down. Someone who can spot problems before they become bottlenecks, make decisions under uncertainty, and help ambitious teams move faster together.

This is a high-trust, high-ownership role with direct access to leadership and real influence over how the company operates as we scale.

You’ll help build how the company works.

What will you do?

Own cross-team execution

• Run daily scrums and operational syncs
• Keep teams aligned on priorities and deadlines
• Resolve blockers quickly before they slow delivery
• Coordinate work across BD, Design, Product, Scribes, and Marketing

Keep operational flow moving

• Track vendor onboarding from lead → listing → publication
• Identify bottlenecks across teams and workflows
• Rebalance priorities and workloads when systems overload
• Improve coordination between fast-moving departments

Turn data into decisions

• Analyze insights from Mixpanel, GA4, Clarity, Trello, and operational sheets
• Identify user drop-offs, workflow inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
• Write concise weekly insight memos with actionable recommendations
• Help leadership make smarter operational decisions

Build systems that scale

• Improve fragile or undocumented processes
• Create operational clarity without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
• Document workflows and institutional knowledge
• Help maintain speed while improving structure

What are we looking for?

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in operations, business analysis, programme management, startup operations, or related roles
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience coordinating multiple teams or workflows
• Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like GA4, Mixpanel, or Clarity
• Comfort working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments

Strong plus

• Startup or marketplace experience
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience with Trello, Notion, Jira, or similar tools
• Experience running scrums or sprint coordination
• Exposure to product, operations, analytics, or consulting environments
