About the Role

Tanveer Associates is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager (Female) to oversee recruitment, employee management, and HR operations for our growing female sales division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and team coordination, with the ability to support a productive and professional work environment..

Key Responsibilities

Employee Management & HR Operations

• Manage day to day HR operations and employee relations.
• Handle recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Address employee concerns and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with management and sales teams to meet staffing requirements.
• Prepare HR and recruitment reports as required.
• Assist in improving workplace processes and team productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or employee management.
• Experience managing sales teams or customer facing staff is preferred.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
