Senior HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong expertise in Pakistan Labour Laws, EOBI, Social Security, and HR Compliance. The role will manage all HR operations and ensure 100% legal compliance for a multi-sector company.

Key Responsibilities:-

Ensure compliance with Pakistan Labor Laws, retail sector, Factories Act, and Industrial Employment Ordinance Handle EOBI & IESSI/Social Security registrations, monthly contributions, and audits Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations Draft HR policies, contracts, and maintain statutory records as per law Liaise with Labor Department, EOBI, and Social Security during inspections Resolve employee grievances and handle disciplinary matters as per legal process

Requirements

MBA HR / Masters in HR or Law preferred 10+ years HR experience with strong grip on Labour Law, EOBI, and Social Security Proven experience in retail sector, manufacturing, construction, or large workforce setup Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and government procedures Excellent communication and problem-solving skil

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
