About Assistoro Assistoro is a fast-growing digital agency working with real estate and small business clients across the US.

We’re looking for an HR Manager & Policy Maker to lead our HR department and help us build a strong, people-first culture at Assistoro. Our team is youthful, ambitious, and collaborative , the ideal place for an experienced, strategic professional who is ready to design organizational structures, implement scalable policies, and drive our HR operations in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do As an HR Manager & Policy Maker, you’ll be at the center of our strategic people operations:

● Policy Design & Implementation: Draft, update, and enforce company policies, employment frameworks, and employee handbooks aligned with international business standards.

● Recruitment & Talent Strategy: Standardize the full-cycle recruitment process, build talent pipelines, and oversee executive onboarding of new hires.

● Performance & Records Management: Overhaul and maintain employee records, design KPI/appraisal systems, and ensure strict compliance with operational protocols.

● Culture & Strategic Engagement: Lead internal communications, conflict resolution, and curate activities that maintain high morale across night-shift operations.

● Learning & Leadership Growth: Architect training and development programs to scale team capabilities alongside the agency's growth.

What We’re Looking For

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 3+ years of proven experience in HR management, with a strong background in policy making (experience in IT, BPO, or US-facing agencies is a plus).

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.

● Advanced organizational, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities.

● Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern HRIS/ATS platforms

● A proactive, objective-driven leader capable of balancing empathy with strict policy governance.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
