Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong academic record and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, customer service, or administration (fresh graduates may also be considered).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with students and parents.
  • Ability to handle email correspondence, manage calls, and provide information professionally.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, especially during admission cycles.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of student management systems/CRM is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist prospective students and parents with information regarding programs, admission criteria, and application procedures.
  • Respond to queries via phone, email, social media, and in-person visits.
  • Process student applications, verify documents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule and coordinate admission tests, interviews, and orientations.
  • Maintain updated data in the admission management system.
  • Follow up with applicants to ensure timely submission of required documents.
  • Prepare daily/weekly admission reports for management.
  • Support marketing and outreach activities such as open houses, school visits, and admission campaigns.
  • Ensure all admission processes comply with institutional policies.
