Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong academic record and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, customer service, or administration (fresh graduates may also be considered).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with students and parents.
- Ability to handle email correspondence, manage calls, and provide information professionally.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, especially during admission cycles.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of student management systems/CRM is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective students and parents with information regarding programs, admission criteria, and application procedures.
- Respond to queries via phone, email, social media, and in-person visits.
- Process student applications, verify documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule and coordinate admission tests, interviews, and orientations.
- Maintain updated data in the admission management system.
- Follow up with applicants to ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Prepare daily/weekly admission reports for management.
- Support marketing and outreach activities such as open houses, school visits, and admission campaigns.
- Ensure all admission processes comply with institutional policies.
