Education Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Strong academic record and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, customer service, or administration (fresh graduates may also be considered).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with students and parents.</li><li>Ability to handle email correspondence, manage calls, and provide information professionally.</li><li>Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, especially during admission cycles.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>Knowledge of student management systems/CRM is an advantage.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist prospective students and parents with information regarding programs, admission criteria, and application procedures.</li><li>Respond to queries via phone, email, social media, and in-person visits.</li><li>Process student applications, verify documents, and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate admission tests, interviews, and orientations.</li><li>Maintain updated data in the admission management system.</li><li>Follow up with applicants to ensure timely submission of required documents.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly admission reports for management.</li><li>Support marketing and outreach activities such as open houses, school visits, and admission campaigns.</li><li>Ensure all admission processes comply with institutional policies.</li></ul>Note : The interview will be conducted in english.Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
