Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in growing brand presence and managing multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Prior experience in graphic design, photography, or video editing will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>In-depth understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement techniques.</li><li>Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.</li><li>Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with attention to brand tone and consistency.</li><li>Excellent communication, creativity, and time management abilities.</li><li>Ability to plan, organize, and deliver projects under deadlines.</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and influencer marketing is a plus.</li><li>A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, develop, and execute engaging content strategies for all social media platforms.</li><li>Create and publish high-quality posts, stories, videos, and reels tailored to brand objectives.</li><li>Manage daily posting, scheduling, and interaction with followers to maintain engagement.</li><li>Monitor platform insights, track analytics, and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance.</li><li>Stay updated on current trends, hashtags, and viral formats to increase reach and visibility.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with overall brand goals.</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.</li><li>Maintain brand aesthetics and ensure a consistent visual identity across all platforms.</li></ul>Note : The interview will be conducted in english.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
