Summary

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage communications, and maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue passes as required
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Maintain front desk records, logs, and appointment schedules
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems

The Interview Will be Conducted in English.
