UI UX Designer And Web Developer

Job Summary:
Global Group of Education is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer & Web Developer to design engaging, user-friendly interfaces and develop responsive, high-performance websites. The ideal candidate should have experience in both UI/UX design and front-end/back-end web development, with the ability to turn design concepts into functional, responsive websites.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design and web development.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one framework such as React, Laravel, WordPress, or PHP.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and web development projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for websites and web applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance websites using modern web technologies.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, functional, and cross-browser compatible code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-focused digital solutions.
• Optimize website performance, speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services where required.
• Conduct usability testing and continuously improve the user experience based on feedback.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues while ensuring security and reliability.
• Maintain consistency in branding, design standards, and code quality across all digital platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, web technologies, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and continuous improvement.
