Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to design and develop intuitive, responsive, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development skills combined with a solid understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing, accessible, and high-performing web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.
• Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS.
• Build modern user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Bootstrap 5, and Tailwind CSS.
• Ensure websites and applications are mobile-first, responsive, and cross-browser compatible.
• Implement UI components while maintaining consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and product teams to improve user experience.
• Optimize website performance, loading speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Integrate REST APIs with front-end applications.
• Follow accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
• Debug, test, and maintain front-end code for quality and performance.
• Manage source code using Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Replit to improve productivity and code quality.

Qualifications
