UI/UX Designer (Nightshift)

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive digital experiences that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in digital design

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Proficiency in Unity, SQL, and E-commerce platforms
• Experience in requirements gathering and web accessibility
• Strong data analysis and data visualization skills
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics)
• Strong understanding of web design principles
• Familiarity with SharePoint for collaboration and document management
