Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking an Application Processing. Responsibilities:

  • Review and process applications in accordance with established guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Manually evaluate applications that require additional documentation, verification, or exception handling
  • Manage escalations, complex cases, and time-sensitive requests
  • Partner with internal teams such as operations, IT, and customer support to resolve issues and improve workflows
  • Assist with ticket backlogs, data cleanup, and ongoing process improvements
  • Support leadership and operational teams during high-priority periods
  • Meet established daily productivity and quality benchmarks following training and ramp-up
  • Work is primarily behind the scenes with no direct customer interaction
  • Collaboration with internal teams and third-party processing partners is required

Requirements

  • High-volume, deadline-driven environment with consistent workload
  • Backgrounds in regulated or compliance-driven environments such as banking, mortgage, financial services, or similar fields
  • Experience handling sensitive information and confidential documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex business rules
  • Application processing experience is helpful but not required; a compliance-focused mindset is essential
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency while managing high application volumes, including more complex cases requiring additional review

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
