Application & Sales Engineer – SCADA & Energy Management Systems (EMS)

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and maintenance of SCADA and Energy Management System (EMS) solutions.
  • Assist in energy audits, power quality analysis, and data collection, identifying energy-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and client presentations based on audit findings and EMS data.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including system demonstrations and solution recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and system assessments (HVAC, electrical systems, metering).
  • Assist in automation system configuration, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Support quotation preparation and technical discussions with clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and technical support (remote & onsite).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in SCADA, EMS, automation, or power systems.
  • Basic understanding of energy management, power quality, and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with PLC/SCADA software, metering systems, or industrial automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction and technical presentations.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documents.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
