Job Purpose

We are looking for a Consultant, Applications to join our IT team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth functioning of application systems that support business processes. You will analyze user requirements, manage application projects, and lead initiatives to optimize technology solutions aligned with our business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic planning for application installation and upgrades.
• Manage projects for application modification, configuration, and implementation.
• Supervise application maintenance programs to ensure reliability.
• Lead and develop a team, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.

Job Requir ements

• Experience: 2–4 years in a related field, with at least 2 years proven experience in ServiceNow.
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Technologies (SQL, .NET Framework, ASP.Net, Developer)
• Programming Languages (X++, C#, scripting tools)
• Web Servers (IIS/Weblogic)
• MS SharePoint, MS EPM, AX 2012 X++
• Education: Bachelor’s in computer science or any related field (master’s preferred).
• ServiceNow / PMP certification in plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong management, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Language: Bilingual (Arabic & English).
• Knowledge of ERP, HRMS, and service management systems (D365, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
