Position Title: Application Specialist – BioMedical Devices

Location: Sector F, DHA Phase 1, Islamabad

Department: Customer Support Department

Bachelor’s degree: MLT, Microbiology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related fields.

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of medical equipment and devices.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and clinics.
  • Demonstrate experience in laboratory disciplines such as chemistry, immunoassay, and microbiology.
  • Be prepared for fieldwork, including outstation travel for product installation, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to achieve assigned sales goals and enhance the organization’s market footprint.
  • Handle the complete sales process—from lead identification and client engagement to negotiation and final deal closure.
  • Establish and nurture long-term professional relationships with physicians, biomedical engineers, and procurement departments.
  • Perform consistent follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts, detailed reports, and performance summaries for management evaluation.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and hands-on training sessions for medical professionals.
  • Deliver both technical and clinical assistance during installations, product trials, and post-sales services.
  • Work closely with technical and service departments to ensure seamless product deployment and top-quality performance.
  • Share market insights and feedback with product and marketing teams to refine offerings and design targeted campaigns.
  • Keep meticulous records of all sales activities, client communications, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, documentation, and updates as required by management.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in the sales or application support of medical devices or diagnostic instruments.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Possess sound technical knowledge of medical equipment and its clinical usage.
  • Demonstrate the ability to function both independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Be open to frequent travel for client meetings, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
  • Show self-motivation, enthusiasm for healthcare technology, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Maintain a proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on delivering value to clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Diagnostic Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
