Application Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core MVC and C#

Develop and optimize database solutions using MS SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB

Build and consume RESTful APIs and ensure proper API documentation using Swagger

Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, SSO)

Work with XML data processing and integrations

Deploy and manage applications on IIS

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Ensure application security, scalability, and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Required Experience is 4-7 Years

Strong experience in .NET Core MVC and C#

Proficiency in MS SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, functions, sql jobs, performance tuning)

Hands-on experience with REST APIs and API integration

Knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI for API documentation

Experience with JWT-based authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO)

Familiarity with IIS deployment and configuration

Experience working with XML and data transformation

Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
