Application Support Engineer

· Plan, manage, and execute Environment activities for FM Converge (FMC) platform and related upstream/downstream systems. · Review business and system requirements to manage the environment covering functional flows, system interfaces, and data validations. · Coordinate with business, support, and development teams to understand business flows and dependencies. · Perform root cause analysis for issues identified during deployment and work with development teams for resolution. · Contribute to continuous improvement of environment processes, tools, and automation frameworks. · Participate in daily status calls, defect triage meetings, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. · Ensure environment deadlines are met with high quality deliverables, aligned with project timelines. · Support post-production deployment validations and early life support (Warranty Phase).
