Shift Timings: US Shift Timings

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical escalation point for customer issues.
• Build Python scripts to automate support workflows and integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical and integration issues, especially around APIs and systems.
• Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to resolve issues and improve solutions.
• Use JIRA (or similar tools) to manage and document support tickets.
• Support onboarding with technical implementation planning and tailored guidance.

B.E/Btech/M.E/MTech/M.S/MCAgraduate(preferably from a reputed college or University)

Technical Expertise Requirements

Ideal Candidate

• 3–5 years in a technical support or solutions engineering role.
• Proficient in Python scripting – automation, bug fixes, internal tooling.
• Familiar with AWS or other major cloud platforms.
• Strong communicator – able to simplify complex technical topics.
• Experienced with ticketing/tracking tools like JIRA or Zendesk.

Bonus Points

• Experience with FastAPI, Postman, OAuth, or other integration technologies.
• Exposure to AI-based solutions, support automation, or startup environments.
