Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work diligently to implement solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based applications and services. - Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve application issues. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance. - Ability to document processes and create user guides for application usage. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Google Workspace. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
