About the role:
The Application Support Engineer is responsible to provide advanced level development and support for our enterprise software applications. The role requires working independently on development, enhancement and automation projects, serving as the Level 2/3 technical escalation point.
Main duties include but not limited to:
- Provide technical and functional support for E-Business Suite modules (GL, AP, FA, AP, CM, HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Inventory and Purchasing).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement system enhancements, Integrations and customizations.
- Design and build low-code web application with Oracle Apex.
- Ensure data integrity and security for enterprise applications.
- Executing incident and change management protocols to ensure application stability.
- Perform other department duties or projects related to Employee’s position as directed by the IT Management.
